Senior Consultant Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Consultant Specialist.

This role involves planning and coordinating sprints, releases, and dependencies with other teams. You will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while removing obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progress.

  • Drive continuous improvement and foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • You should have at least 9 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
  • You should have expertise in SAFe and experience in preparing project plans detailing all risks, dependencies, and blockers.
  • You should be expert in JIRA and Confluence, specifically in terms of reporting and tracking status.
  • You should be able to handle delivery in challenging timelines.
  • You should be managing all release-related activities like raising CRs, Approvals, CAB, Release notes, Testing Sign Offs, ITSA eITSA, etc.
