About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Identity Governance and Administration professional to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to maintain a secure and efficient IGA environment.

The role involves advanced troubleshooting, issue resolution, and enhancements within the SailPoint platform. This includes working on defect fixes, minor enhancements, and configuration updates. Additionally, the candidate will analyze logs and debug code to resolve complex issues.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and expertise in L3 support, debugging, and root cause analysis. They will also have knowledge of Java, BeanShell, XML, and SailPoint APIs. Experience with integration to target systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, databases, LDAP, web services, etc. is also required.

In addition, the candidate should have a good understanding of IGA concepts including provisioning, workflows, certifications, access requests, lifecycle events. They should also have experience in custom connector development and application onboarding.

Responsibilities
  • Provide L3 support for SailPoint IdentityIQ, including advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Work on defect fixes, minor enhancements, and configuration updates.
  • Analyze logs and debug code to resolve complex issues.
  • Collaborate with development teams for customizations, workflows, and integration updates.
  • Manage connectors for various target systems (AD, Azure AD, Databases, LDAP, etc.).
  • Implement and manage SailPoint rules, tasks, and certifications.
  • Perform environment upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
  • Support onboarding of new applications and entitlement structures.
Requirements
  • Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
  • Expertise in L3 support, debugging, and root cause analysis.
  • Knowledge of Java, BeanShell, XML, and SailPoint APIs.
  • Experience with integration to target systems (Active Directory, Azure AD, databases, LDAP, web services, etc.).
  • Good understanding of IGA concepts (provisioning, workflows, certifications, access requests, lifecycle events).
  • Experience in custom connector development and application onboarding.
Preferred Skills
  • Exposure to SailPoint IIQ upgrades and migrations.
  • Knowledge of SQL, PowerShell scripting, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Understanding of compliance and audit requirements in IAM.
