Identity Governance and Administration Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Identity Governance and Administration team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for onboarding applications, interacting with application owners to understand their systems and explaining the integration process, goals, and purposes.

You will gather information relevant to the entire Identity and Access Management process within the application, co-ordinate, test, and validate custom development required by the app team, and work with internal engineers to build the integration as per governance best practices and application requirements.

The successful candidate will co-ordinate and assist app teams in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), maintain and report accurate statuses for all onboarded applications, and work with multiple application teams simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new applications into the Identity Governance and Administration system.
  • Interact with application owners to understand their systems and explain the integration process, goals, and purposes.
  • Gather information relevant to the entire IAM process within the application.
  • Co-ordinate, test, and validate custom development required by the app team.
  • Work with internal engineers to build the integration as per governance best practices and application requirements.
  • Co-ordinate and assist app teams in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Maintain and report accurate statuses for all onboarded applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in IGA development teams as an engineer or analyst.
  • Experience in developing custom workflows for Life Cycle Management (LCM)/Just-in-Time (JIT) Provisioning.
  • Administrating, implementing, and supporting SailPoint-based Identity and Access Management solutions.
  • Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) analysis and implementation.
  • Sailpoint IdentityNow certification.
