Quality Management Expert

We are seeking a Quality Management Expert to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Quality Management Expert, you will be responsible for analyzing quality management processes in manufacturing and supply chain operations to identify improvement opportunities aligned with SAP QM functionality. You will configure and customize the SAP QM module to support quality planning, inspection processing, quality notifications, and audit management.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze quality management processes in manufacturing and supply chain operations to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Configure and customize the SAP QM module to support quality planning, inspection processing, quality notifications, and audit management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design effective quality management solutions.
  • Conduct system testing and provide user training and documentation to support successful adoption of QM processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP QM functional and technical issues.
  • Participate in SAP projects, focusing on QM functionality and process integration.
  • Support integration between QM and other SAP modules to ensure consistent data flows.
  • Manage master data related to quality inspection plans, sampling procedures, catalogs, and quality certificates.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP QM in ECC or S/4HANA environments.
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles.
  • Experience configuring quality control processes.
  • Familiarity with integration points between QM and modules like MM, PP, and PM.
  • Experience writing functional specifications for custom developments, reports, and interfaces.
  • SAP S/4HANA QM experience is a plus.
  • Regulatory compliance and audit support knowledge is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is required.
