Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Expert to lead our software quality initiatives. This is a high-profile position that demands strategic thinking, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive process excellence.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in software development, with a strong background in CMMI for Development and expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Key responsibilities include planning and executing quality audits, developing and implementing process improvements, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in the software industry, with at least 6 years of hands-on experience in software development (preferably in product companies or IT services).
  • A strong focus on development project quality processes, with a solid understanding of quality frameworks and standards.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a career progression from software developer to leadership roles.
  • Possession of relevant certifications, such as CMMI Assessment Team Member or ISO Lead Assessor, would be highly valued.
