Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of previous experience in finance and accounting at advertising agencies or digital marketing agencies. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with tax regulations, managing tax audits and preparing returns.

They will also oversee payroll processing, prepare estimates and tax invoices, track client payments and maintain accurate records using Tally and Zoho Books.

The candidate should have a B.Com or M.Com degree and prior work experience with a CA company. They should have strong Excel skills, proficiency in Tally and Zoho books and knowledge of GST, TDS and private company financial compliance.

The selected candidate will be responsible for creating and filing annual contracts with clients, issuing purchase orders to vendors and tracking client payments. They will also generate monthly income and expenditure statements, create monthly, quarterly and annual P&L statements and maintain an annual trial balance and balance sheet.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills to deal with day-to-day business finance matters and a high level of integrity. A good command of English, both written and spoken is also required.
