
Digital Business Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive business growth and performance. This role offers end-to-end responsibility for assigned products, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to scale user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with data, driving experimentation, and optimizing business metrics to meet aggressive growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Growth Ownership:
- Own and drive the growth of key business metrics for assigned financial products, including user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize top-of-funnel metrics, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Data Science, Product, Brand, Marketing, and both online and offline acquisition teams.
- Drive initiatives to impact all stages of the marketing funnel—Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Engagement, and Advocacy.
- Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution:
- Own the go-to-market strategy for new financial product launches, ensuring alignment across teams and timely execution.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions and deliver cohesive, customer-centric messaging.
- Business Planning & Projections:
- Lead business planning for growth, including monthly targets, annual operating plans, and continuous performance tracking.
- Ensure targets for customer acquisition, retention, and business revenue are met or exceeded.
- Key Business Metrics Ownership:
- Drive key business metrics, including customer acquisition cost, revenue growth, and customer engagement metrics.
- Utilize data-driven insights to monitor performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Growth Programs & Campaign Execution:
- Design and implement growth programs aimed at increasing product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, and improving engagement.
- Optimize growth initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, with a focus on long-term customer value.
- Partnerships & Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external financial partners to scale acquisition and business programs.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (finance, product, marketing, etc.) to ensure cross-functional alignment and successful execution of growth initiatives.
- Continuous Experimentation & Optimization:
- Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to optimize business and marketing strategies.
- Analyze customer behavior data to inform and continuously refine growth initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
- Deep understanding of growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and engagement.
- Expertise in using marketing tools, analytics platforms, and growth frameworks to drive business performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive growth.
