ServiceNow Gen AI Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow expert with expertise in generative AI, programming, scripting, AI and ML integration, cloud and model hosting, automation, productivity tools, security and compliance.

  • Analyze complex business requirements and develop effective solutions on ITSM/ITOM modules using best practices.
  • Partner with the ServiceNow Business Analyst to understand project requirements and possible solutions.
  • Take ownership of projects from initiation to completion.
  • Manage incident queue and work on remediation to completion.
  • Collaborate with the ServiceNow functional team and external development partners to build requested items.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform, experience with Predictive Intelligence, Natural Language Understanding, and AIOps for IT operations automation.

Key skills include expertise in programming languages, software development methodologies, and IT service management frameworks. Additionally, excellent communication skills, effective interpersonal skills, and the ability to participate and provide feedback during planning meetings are essential.

Job Requirements:

  • Expertise in ServiceNow platform, generative AI, programming, scripting, AI and ML integration, cloud and model hosting, automation, productivity tools, security and compliance.
  • Experience with IT service management frameworks, Predictive Intelligence, Natural Language Understanding, and AIOps for IT operations automation.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and programming languages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
