Job Title: Regional Wealth Specialist

Job Summary:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of financial services and insurance products. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales and business objectives, providing personalized financial advice, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales and business objectives, meeting or exceeding key targets
  • Provide personalized financial advice, insurance, and investment strategies to clients
  • Evaluate insurance and wealth potential on existing bases
  • Client meetings for portfolio balancing and wealth advisory
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets with optimal market coverage
  • Identify opportunities around concepts like MWPA, business insurance, legacy planning, and tax planning
  • Ensure sales behavior, sales ethics, and sales practices comply with company standards and regulations
  • Closely work with the channel head to design sales strategies and initiatives

Job Dimensions:

External: Channel Partner

Key Result Areas:

Achieve ANP targets through assigned branches:

  • Achieve pre-set business targets on ANP, case count, active sales staff, and various KPIs for designated cluster
  • Develop joint business and implementation plans with branch manager
  • Make joint calls with bank sales team, if required during the initial months
  • Accompany the bank sales team on calls with high-ticket clients
  • Build up and maintain solid relationships and rapport with partner's Relationship Managers, Area Managers, and Zonal Managers

Training of the sales team:

  • Provide ongoing training to partner's staff, including products, sales technique, prospecting, objection handling, and sales operation and process

Financial Analysis and Investment Recommendations:

  • Analyze clients' financial status, including assets, liabilities, cash flow, insurance coverage, and tax status
  • Develop personalized investment strategies based on clients' needs and objectives
  • Recommend appropriate investment products
  • Advise on asset allocation and diversification strategies to minimize risk and maximize returns

Arrange various contests and events for the sales team as well as the customers:

  • Execute templated events for channel partner
  • Fulfill approval requirements
  • Analyze customer response to events to judge feasibility in terms of leads generated vs. money spent

MIS and Reporting:

  • Design and circulate business MIS and reports to various stakeholders as required
  • Analyze data cuts on business performance and share findings with supervisors
