Our Wealth Management team leads the Asia-Pacific implementation of our global strategy to deliver world-class solutions to retail and private clients seeking to grow, protect, preserve or transfer their wealth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build a sustainable Wealth Sales force and improve financial planning capabilities and client engagement activities of the sales force by providing superior coaching support to a team of Relationship Managers.
  • Support Relationship Managers in improving client satisfaction, sales quality, deepening and building the client relationship with HSBC while ensuring we maintain a profitable scale.
  • Provide internal technical consultancy in area of expertise surrounding financial planning techniques, Protection needs identification and fulfillment capabilities and where and how products fit into overall portfolio's as defined by the Group.
  • Fasten the learning curve of Relationship Managers by using global wealth platforms for financial planning and other key client engagements.
  • Support sales managers in communicating the Wealth strategy while assisting Relationship Managers in achieving income, acquisition and growth.
  • Drive market leading standards for conduct and controls in line with HSBC Values and expectations.
  • Drive the growth agenda on Life & Retail Protection in the region by active engagement with the frontline (Relationship Managers & Service staff).
Requirements
  • Post Graduate or Masters degree.
  • Minimum 12-15 years work experience with at least 8-10 years in Life Insurance Industry.

  • Ambitious about providing the highest standards of delivery to colleagues and clients.

  • In-depth knowledge of holistic Financial Planning Strategies.
