Job Overview

We seek an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate end-to-end project management activities for large-scale wind energy projects.

The role demands strong expertise in project planning, cross-functional coordination, and financial oversight with a critical focus on timely EPC execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project charters, schedules, and progress reports; track milestones and actuals against plan.
  • Prepare and monitor project budgets and cash flow projections.
  • Support project teams in managing OEMs, procurement processes, and ensuring timely execution and compliance.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure transparent communication and manage queries effectively.
  • Prepare risk mitigation plans and manage insurance coverage while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Drive weekly/monthly review meetings and prepare MIS reports for presentations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management with strong exposure to EPC projects in the renewable energy sector.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale infrastructure projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential.
  • Experience in handling board-level reporting is highly desirable.
