Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and establish Molex as a leading supplier in the market.
  • Manage key customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers to ensure successful product implementation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electronic sales with front-end design experience.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills and strong organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong technical background.
