The Glenmark Pharmaceuticals team is seeking a seasoned compensation and benefits professional to drive strategic initiatives globally. This key role will focus on leveraging compensation and benefits as a driver of performance, retention, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement standardized approaches to compensation across India, including pay structures.
• Research, establish, design, and maintain the company's pay system in line with philosophy.
• Provide global salary survey submissions and reporting.
• Develop and review pay ranges across global roles.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including generalist teams, specialist teams, HR Service Delivery, and Business Support.
Manpower Budgeting:
• Support business units for global manpower cost budgeting processes.
• Create and present monthly predictive analytics forecasting end-of-year manpower costs and long-range manpower cost movements.
Compensation Analytics and Reports:
• Develop and review HR analytics and reporting for all functional areas, including C&B and Manpower Planning.
Employee Wellness:
• Plan, develop, and coordinate comprehensive employee wellness programs.
• Coordinate activities with internal teams and promote awareness and participation through creative strategies.
• Monitor program effectiveness and return on investment results.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with external agencies and resources.
ESG & Inclusion & Diversity:
• Plan and drive social (ESG) related actionables within the organization.
• Drive I&D initiatives globally.
• Annual reporting and participation in ESG surveys.
Educational Qualifications:
Masters degree in Human Resources or related field.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Strong understanding of business and people dynamics.
• In-depth knowledge of compensation, benefits, and their impact on business.
• Ability to drive decisions through data-based insights and analytics.
• Excellent project management and MS Excel skills.
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in compensation and benefits.
The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹25-35 lakhs (approximately $30,000-$42,000 USD), depending on location and experience.
