Electrical Design Engineer L2 Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Design Engineer to join our team in Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining electrical systems for commercial, industrial and domestic projects.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of electrical codes including NYC Building Code, International Codes, Electrical Code, Energy Code, NFPA Standards and ASHRAE Standards.
  • They will also have experience with computer-assisted engineering or design software such as AutoCAD, REVIT and Navisworks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement electrical systems for commercial, industrial and domestic projects.
  2. Prepare detailed technical construction drawings and specifications for electrical systems.
  3. Perform calculations and prepare relevant technical specifications for the project.
  4. Review design concept, calculations and drawings for accuracy and code compliance.
  5. Develop training modules and other company tool development methods used in Design & Execution.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in electrical design engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Must have worked with building services.
  • Team handling experience.
  • International project experience preferred.
