Electrical Engineer

The Electrical Engineer plays a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems that drive automation solutions. This permanent position requires an individual with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in automation, electrical hardware, and PLC programming.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of project requirements to select the most suitable machine elements.
  • Design, integrate, and test panel elements and electrical hardware.
  • Create, interpret, and manage wiring diagrams and oversee panel building.
  • Develop and troubleshoot PLC programs and HMI interfaces to ensure seamless system operation.
  • Promote improvements in system performance, efficiency, and reliability through data-driven decision making.
  • Drive cost-saving and cycle time reduction initiatives by leveraging expertise in industrial automation and electrical systems.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project implementation and delivery.
Qualification & Experience:
  • Education: B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4 to 5 years in automation, electrical design, and PLC/HMI programming.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
  • Strong foundation in industrial automation and electrical systems.
  • Proficiency in PLC programming (any major platform) and HMI design is essential.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing automated systems is highly valued.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Willingness to work full-time from our office location.
