Job Title: Enterprise IT Service Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise IT Service Management Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing IT service management processes and systems that support the delivery of high-quality IT services to our customers.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, plus 2+ years of relevant experience;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative skills;
  • In-depth understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes;
  • ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset);
  • Experience with integrations with external tools using web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc.;
  • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AJAX;
  • Knowledge of one or more of the following: HTML/CSS, AJAX, Jelly, JSON, AngularJS;
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer;
  • Agile/SCRUM methodologies experience;
  • Understanding of SDLC processes;
  • Strong troubleshooting skills;
  • Able to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving;
  • Critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and reasoning skills;
  • Ability to learn and support new technologies.
