Product Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for promoting a positive image of the company, analyzing data from demand planning and inventory reports, and identifying product assortment gaps to increase sales.
You will also be required to liaise with product and production teams to meet quality and delivery requirements, correspond effectively with the US-based team, and execute production activities to meet deadlines.
Maintaining quality standards throughout the production process is crucial, as well as developing new products and expanding existing product lines.
Experience in supply chain processes and database management is preferred but not essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in supply chain processes and database management (preferred)
