We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Growth and Outreach Specialist in the exciting world of fitness and events.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with key stakeholders, identifying opportunities for growth, and building relationships with influential figures in the industry. This is an excellent chance to gain valuable experience in growth hacking, lead generation, and outreach strategy, while developing networks in the fitness and events sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fitness Outreach: Identify gyms, trainers, nutritionists, and fitness communities in India who could be early partners or customers.
  • Influencer Outreach: Build relationships with fitness influencers, lifestyle creators, and micro-influencers for collaborations.
  • Events Outreach: Spot events (fitness expos, marathons, corporate wellness events, university fests) where we can showcase our products.
  • Customer Outreach: Gather email leads of prospective clients and customers for product sampling and delivery.

This role requires strong communication skills, both online and offline, as well as comfort with research, networking, and cold outreach (emails, DMs, calls). The ideal candidate should be excited about fitness, health, and new-age brands, self-driven, resourceful, and hungry to learn.
