Senior Business Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Engagement Specialist to drive awareness and engagement for our programs across India.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with school leaders, counselors, and academic heads to promote our offerings.

This role involves representing us at career fairs, expos, workshops, webinars, and other relevant forums to position our brand as a top choice for business and tech education.

The successful candidate will execute region-specific outreach campaigns to attract the best talent from high schools across India, manage and nurture relationships with various stakeholders, and provide regional insights and feedback to help refine our program offerings and communication strategies.

Maintaining a database of outreach activities and partnerships is also crucial to track effectiveness, leads generated, and conversion rates to continuously improve outreach strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Business, Marketing, PR, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in outreach, admissions, partnerships, education consulting, or stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Comfortable with extensive travel as required.
