Regional Marketing Manager

Reports to

Head - Marketing

Job Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness in the region. They will work closely with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that generate leads and increase on-ground awareness for NMIMS.

Key Responsibilities

Business Planning

  • Develop a deep understanding of business objectives for the region and create a marketing plan that aligns with these goals.
  • Create local marketing programs to solve specific problems in the region.
  • Develop and propose a marketing budget for the region and monitor adherence to the approved plan and budget.
  • Develop the annual marketing calendar for the region, including event tie-ups and channel promotions.
  • Scan the business environment to identify market trends and share them with the Head of Marketing and Regional Sales teams.

Marketing Operations

  • Understand branding guidelines and ensure accurate reflection of the brand identity in all marketing initiatives.
  • Drive execution of BTL marketing activities, including event tie-ups and dealer promotions.
  • Work with agencies to deliver and execute marketing campaigns, including briefs, proposal reviews, budget management, and campaign evaluations.
  • Coordinate with local vendors to customize brand creatives for local requirements while ensuring alignment to corporate guidelines.
  • Identify local partners and methods for lead generation.
  • Participate in events and forums with opportunities for NMIMS, ensuring participation through channel partners in association with the Regional Sales teams.
  • Build and manage relationships with local media partners.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales teams to plan and execute new product launches, including development of collateral for partners and launch events.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain and update detailed documentation and MIS reports on media-related activities.
  • Prepare and review MIS reports, highlighting variances to the Head of Marketing.
