Job Summary
  • We facilitate the research, analysis, and documentation of business systems requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications for development.
  • We analyze business needs to identify new processes and process improvements that will meet those needs.
  • We document current business processes and models to define requirements and/or gaps.
  • We drive the implementation of systems, working closely with technical team members.
Key Responsibilities
  1. We research and explore user requirements, costs, and benefits in support of documentation required for the demand management process.
  2. We analyze business needs to identify new processes and process improvements that will meet those needs.
  3. We analyze detailed system factors including input/output requirements, information and paper flow, hardware, and software needs.
  4. We evaluate the impact of potential software and process changes on the organization.
  5. We assist in the creation of the business case documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of relevant technical or business work experience, with preference for experience in business areas such as accounting, finance, warehouse operations, purchasing, order management, and order fulfillment.
  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word.
