We are seeking an experienced leader to drive sales growth and manage a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the success of our branch by achieving sales targets and managing day-to-day operations.
This includes developing and executing sales strategies, mentoring and coaching team members, and providing ongoing feedback and support.
Team Leadership:
- Mentorship:
The Branch Manager will also be responsible for mentoring and helping the team to achieve/exceed their sales targets.
This involves identifying areas for improvement, providing training and development opportunities, and recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance.
Reporting:
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting:
The Branch Manager will ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly reports are prepared and submitted in a timely manner.
This includes analyzing sales data, identifying trends and opportunities, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Product/Process Training:
- New Recruits:
The Branch Manager will conduct product/process training for new recruits and refreshers for existing team members.
This involves developing and delivering training programs, providing ongoing support and guidance, and ensuring that team members have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
Consultative Selling:
- Sales Approach:
The Branch Manager will adopt a consultative selling approach as a consultant to the team and customers.
This involves building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Business Planning/Sales Planning:
- Lead Generation:
The Branch Manager will generate business leads and develop business planning/sales planning.
This involves researching potential customers, identifying opportunities, and developing strategic plans to pursue those opportunities.
ERP Management:
- System Administration:
The Branch Manager will manage ERP and ensure that team members are aware of its use.
This involves administering the system, providing training and support, and ensuring that it is used effectively to drive business results.
Customer On-boarding:
- On-boarding Process:
The Branch Manager will ensure that customer on-boarding is fast and smooth.
This involves developing and implementing effective on-boarding processes, providing ongoing support and guidance, and ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience.
Customer Life-cycle:
- Ownership:
The Branch Manager will own and manage the customer life-cycle.
This involves developing and executing strategies to acquire, retain, and grow customer relationships.
Customer Engagement:
- Feedback:
The Branch Manager will engage with customers and provide valuable feedback about products and services.
This involves gathering feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to address those areas.
Sales Operations:

The Branch Manager will deliver sales and operations results within set timeframes.
This involves developing and executing strategies to drive business results, providing ongoing support and guidance, and ensuring that team members have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
