Job Title: Backend Engineering LeadAbout the Role:

Key Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed as a Backend Engineering Lead, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with backend development using JavaScript (Node.js).
  • A strong understanding and experience with System Design concepts and patterns.
  • Proficiency in SQL Databases: schema design, query optimization, indexing, and database management.
  • Solid command of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
