About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketplace Ads Manager to join our team at AdYogi. The successful candidate will work closely with account managers, stakeholders, and other team members to ensure that ads campaigns and initiatives are executed successfully and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive Amazon marketplace strategy aligned with overall business goals.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Implement best practices for product discoverability and conversion rate optimization.
Monitor customer reviews and feedback, addressing any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience.
Assist in growth activities by creating and presenting brand strategy to clients considering category performance on AMS, advertising account learnings, and stage of the brand life cycle. Thereby aligning them with the return expectations.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Amazon and Flipkart ads and share insights with the team. Conduct academy calls to ensure the flow of knowledge throughout the team.
Develop and maintain documentation, including training materials, ops manuals, etc.

Requirements:

Minimum of 6+ years of experience in managing marketplace ads (Amazon and Flipkart) across multiple industries & geographies
Experience in planning various off-AMS promotion activities on Amazon such as DSP, Co-op promotions, live commerce, etc
Hand-on experience in Flipkart Ads
Experience in driving new ideas and adopting new strategies to scale up brands with efficiency
Should have sound knowledge of Amazon ecosystem - seller central, vendor central, pi, etc.
Additional experience in other marketplaces is preferred – Flipkart, Walmart, Myntra, etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Master's degree or equivalent
