Senior Data Management Professional

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design database and reporting solutions that improve efficiency over the long term.
  • Develop and maintain the Analytics data warehouse and MDM, leveraging data from internal applications and vendors.
  • Contribute to designing and developing technical solutions to satisfy business requirements.
  • Establish and track data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within the data warehouse & MDM system.
  • Utilize standard analytical languages like SQL, Alteryx, Informatica, Python, R, and Stored Procedure; data architecture, integration/engineering, and business intelligence deployed in complex environments.
  • Drive the adoption of data management and reporting tools for business users.
  • Deliver data sets, views, and automated reporting to stakeholders as needed.
  • Document ETL & MDM processes used for the data warehouse, data flow, and data quality to ensure visibility and transparency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Professional work experience in Master Data Management, preferably hands-on experience with full lifecycle gathering requirements, choosing/implementing tool, building solutions.
  • Knowledge of an Enterprise-level Master Data Management platform such as Reltio MDM, Informatica MDM, Veeva Network, etc.
  • Awareness of MDM trends, MDM Concepts, and other market technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in data profiling, data modeling, and data analysis to support requirements.
  • High proficiency with the SQL language and database management.
  • Good understanding of ETL, analytics, and visualization tools like Informatica, Alteryx, Power BI, Python, Excel, and Tableau.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computers/information systems and at least two years of related experience or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
