The role of Associate, Influencer Marketing, involves supporting our operations team in delivering the best influencer proposals to prospective clients.

You will assist the operations team in sourcing influencers across various industries, and channels. You will create influencer proposals for clients and work closely with the strategy team to create longlists of ideal influencers.

Duties & responsibilities

- Identify key influencers, bloggers and online media in designated verticals and social platforms;

- Liaise with new partnerships and projects;

- Participate in brainstorm sessions as the influencer expert for the project/campaign;

- Matchmake between brand and influencers based on client briefs;

- Expand our database with new influencers and nurture existing networks.

Requirements

- 1-2 years work experience in an Influencer marketing agency;

- Passion and preferably experience in Influencer Marketing or social media;

- Strong knowledge of blogging, vlogging and other social networks;

- A strong personality who can work autonomously and within a team;

- Excellent research skills and creative thinking;

- A structured approach to work; competencies in planning and organisation;

- Social media literacy with understanding of current trends;
