Job Title: Business Process Expert

As a Business Process Expert, you will play a key role in identifying and documenting business requirements. You will work closely with the development team to ensure that all functional specifications are accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Translate high-level business needs into detailed functional specifications.
  • Facilitate discussions and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead the Scrum process, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
  • Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
  • Oversee project progress, identify and remove impediments, and ensure that the team is focused on delivering value incrementally.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or in a combined role.
  • Strong Analytical Skills and proven expertise in Business Analysis.
  • Excellent Communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid experience in Business Process analysis and documenting Business Requirements.
  • In-depth familiarity with Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and remotely.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
