Functional Consultant Lead Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead our business analysis team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and SFDC solution design.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing requirement specifications, reviewing and testing customizations, and demoing solutions to clients. They will also act as a liaison between the business and technology teams.

As a mentor, they will contribute to the Business Analysis Center of Excellence and build relationships with product owners and clients.

Qualifications
  • Current Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • 7+ years of Business Analysis experience, including
  1. Led a Discovery Workshop
  2. Developed AS-IS and TO-BE process flows in Visio, Lucid, etc.
  3. Identified gaps and pain points
  4. Elucidated requirements into User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
  5. Prepared for and conducted Sprint End client demos
  6. Worked with technical leads, onshore and offshore
  7. Utilized Analytical and problem-solving skills
  8. Established strong relationships among Product Owner, Client, and other project stakeholders

Prior experience with multiple system integrations, data field mapping, and user acceptance testing is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
