Shift Timing : 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM(IST) (Remote)


Key Responsibilities :

Business Analysis :

- Gather and document business requirements for clients.

- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement using Business Central.

- Develop detailed requirements documents (BRD, FRD) and specifications.

- Create and maintain process flow diagrams and wireframes.

Project Management :

- Plan, execute, monitor, and control project timelines, budgets, and resources.

- Manage project stakeholders, including clients, developers, and other team members.

- Utilize project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).

- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Consulting :

- Provide expert advice and guidance on implementing and optimizing Business Central solutions.

- Identify and recommend best practices for using Business Central modules and features.

- Develop and deliver training materials and support to clients.

- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Technical Skills :

- In-depth knowledge of Business Central functionalities, modules, and best practices.

- Experience with data migration, customization, and integration with other systems.

- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.

Communication & Collaboration :

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for client interactions, project reporting, and team communication.

- Ability to effectively translate technical information into business language.

- Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and team members.

Skills and Competencies :

- Technical: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SQL, Excel, Project Management software.

- Project Management: Planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, stakeholder management.

- Business Analysis: Requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation, gap analysis.

- Consulting: Client relationship management, training, problem-solving.

- Communication: Written and verbal communication, presentation skills.

- Problem-solving: Analytical thinking, critical reasoning, troubleshooting (ref:hirist.tech)
