Process Improvement Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Specialist to lead our efforts in streamlining and optimizing business processes across various functions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement, developing and implementing process changes, and analyzing results to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze existing workflows and business processes using Lean and Six Sigma techniques.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, including the creation of new workflows and procedures.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in process improvement, business transformation, or operational excellence.
  • Proven ability to work independently and deliver results across multiple functions in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Certifications in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent, BPM, Change Management, or Agile are a plus.

Certifications:

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent (required).

  • Proven ability to work independently and deliver results across multiple functions in a manufacturing or industrial setting (oil & gas preferred).

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.

  • Can lead change and align stakeholders even without direct supervisory power.
  • Connects process improvement to long-term business goals and enterprise value.
  • Skilled in root cause analysis, value stream mapping, and data interpretation.
