Job Title:
Revenue Opportunities SpecialistKey Responsibilities:
- Revenue Streams Development: Identify and develop revenue opportunities beyond fare collection in public transportation sectors.
- Financial Sustainability: Explore alternative revenue models to support financial sustainability of the transportation network.
- Non-Fare Revenue Growth: Review and analyze DMRC's activities on non-fare revenue box increases, identify new sources, conduct feasibility analysis for advertising, semi-naming rights, retail, and other non-fare revenue sources.
- Policy Manual Drafting: Draft policy manuals and facilitate guided study tours/training with major metro projects to enhance non-fare box revenue.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's Degree: Master's degree in finance or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 25 years of experience in property business, commercial revenue projects, urban infrastructure/metro rail/rail projects, and international projects.
- Metro Experience: 10+ years of experience in metro/rail/transport/large urban infrastructure projects.
Desirable Skills:
- Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Project Management: Proven project management experience.
- Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
