As a seasoned operational efficiency manager, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining our day-to-day operations to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with our strategic objectives. Your primary focus will be on optimizing processes, improving quality, and driving adoption of technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote Technology Adoption: Communicate the benefits and convenience of our ordering app, including associated offers, to drive adoption and enhance customer experience.
  • Operational Excellence: Conduct regular cafe audits, perform hourly governance checks, and address issues while reporting incidents, accidents, and near misses to the relevant authorities.
  • Menu Management: Engage daily with food partners to update menu items, coordinate with the tech team to reflect changes on the app, and ensure timely push notifications and banner displays.
  • Service Quality: Foster a positive work culture, ensure timely high-quality service, gather feedback from employees and clients regularly, and address any concerns promptly.
  • Compliance and Safety: Oversee cafeteria counters to ensure adherence to laid-out operating standard procedures, inspect work areas during and after use, and maintain health, safety, and environment records.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills in both English and the local language, ensuring a positive and excellent experience for all.
  • Tech Savviness: Basic computer knowledge, passion for learning, and characterized by honesty and integrity are essential.
  • Leadership Ability: A team player with the ability to lead and manage food partner employees, demonstrating self-motivation to take initiatives.
  • Education: A graduate with a preference for holding a minimum craft course certification in Hospitality is desirable.
  • Experience: A minimum of 0-1 year of relevant experience is required.
