  • Ensuring compliance with existing rules and regulations across various brands.
  • Standardizing formats according to government, brand or company requirements.
  • Documenting collections and verification as per commitments made to brands.
  • Proactively following up with key brands and stakeholders associated with Recykal.
  • Maintaining attention to detail in compliance-related documentation.
  • Handling multiple teams both on-field and off-field.
  • Increasing team efficiency by building optimized processes for completions.
  • Maintaining constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations.
  • Developing and maintaining quality assurance protocols.
  • Actively pursuing strategic and operational objectives.
  • Ensuring operational activities remain on time and within defined parameters.
  • Tracking staffing requirements and hiring new employees as needed.
  • Leading, motivating, and supporting a large team in a demanding environment.
Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience in handling operations.
  • Prior experience in waste management is an advantage.
  • Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects at once.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade others and build consensus.
