Job Description

As a NetSuite Developer, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end rental and service operations. You will serve as the primary liaison for client interactions via inbound and outbound calls and emails.

You will coordinate service requests using NetSuite workflows and modules, address customer queries, escalations, and follow-ups with professionalism and urgency. You will execute the full Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle for service orders within NetSuite.

You will validate item availability, pricing structures, tax groups, and rental terms through NetSuite, ensure invoicing is aligned with delivery schedules and service milestones, monitor order status, schedule changes, cancellations, and billing adjustments.

You will collaborate with logistics, finance, and service teams to drive operational accuracy, maintain comprehensive service documentation and update customer records in NetSuite, and contribute to ongoing process improvements and service performance reporting.

Fixed Asset Management via NetSuite

You will configure and maintain rental asset records in NetSuite (asset types, locations, usage categories), support asset tagging, return tracking, and maintenance logging through the FAM module, and ensure billing configurations and asset lifecycle status are accurate within the ERP.
