Job Title: Netsuite Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Netsuite Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the highest level of quality in our NetSuite and eCommerce processes.

This role involves analyzing business and functional requirements related to NetSuite and eCommerce processes, designing, writing, and maintaining manual and automated test cases, scripts, and test plans. Additionally, you will perform end-to-end testing of NetSuite SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA) and other eCommerce integrations, automate regression tests for key eCommerce workflows such as order-to-cash, inventory sync, tax/shipping calculations, and product updates.

  • Familiarity with test management platforms (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr)
  • Experience working with NetSuite (SuiteCommerce or SCA)
  • Solid knowledge of test automation tools/frameworks
  • NetSuite scripting, workflows, and integrations with platforms like Shopify or Magento

In this position, you will also validate API integrations (REST/SOAP), 3rd-party connectors (e.g., Celigo), and backend jobs. You will log and track issues in defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA) and work closely with the development team for resolution.

The ideal candidate will have experience writing and maintaining automation scripts in JavaScript, Python, or Java, as well as exposure to NetSuite Certification (ISTQB or similar QA certification). You should be able to advise on automation best practices, participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and QA retrospectives, document and communicate testing results and QA metrics to stakeholders.
