  • They will support month-end close processes by ensuring timely reconciliations, accurate general ledger accounting, and efficient data processing.">
  • Additionally, they will provide expert advice on NetSuite customizations, SuiteScript, Workflows, Saved Searches, and Dashboards to enhance system performance and user training.">
  • Partnering with finance, IT, and external vendors, the successful candidate will resolve issues, streamline processes, evaluate automation opportunities, and communicate risks or dependencies to leadership.">
  • Expertise in key financial processes such as journal entries, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, multi-currency accounting, and financial reporting is required.">
  • Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are essential to handle complex financial tasks effectively.">
  • Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and a collaborative mindset to work across cross-functional teams are necessary.">
  • A strong project management background, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and passion for process improvement and automation are also desired.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field with over 8 years of technology experience, including 6+ years of hands-on NetSuite expertise in R2R, accounting, or finance roles.">
  • Hands-on proficiency in NetSuite customizations, SuiteScript, Workflows, Saved Searches, and Dashboards is required.">
  • Experience with integration tools like Celigo or similar middleware platforms is a plus.">
  • Familiarity with other financial systems and how they integrate with NetSuite is beneficial.">
