NetSuite Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite professional to join our team as a NetSuite Implementation Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions using the Oracle NetSuite platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize NetSuite applications to meet client business needs.
  • Conduct personalization sessions and document meeting minute summaries.
  • Demonstrate experience in translating customer business requirements into business solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical team members to develop customized solutions and data extracts.
  • Identify test scenarios, establish test cases, and support SIT and UAT with core client stakeholders.
  • Create training and support documentation and drive end-user training to promote user adoption.
  • Document requirements, processes, and user documentation design business process and application configuration for the application based on industry best practices.
  • Support Go Live deployment processes to ensure a seamless software launch and continuity of business operations during cutover.
  • Owning and delivering complex solutions using the Oracle NetSuite platform.
  • Software-testing and conducting testing of all kinds and preparing test cases of the modules implemented and developed.
  • Suggesting process improvements based on application capability and industry best practices for setups such as Customer, Vendor, and Item, Department, Class, Locations, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Bank Reconciliation, Accounting, Advanced Revenue Management, Fixed Asset, Intercompany Management, Call to Resolution, Form Customizations, Custom Records, CSV Imports, Work-Flows setup, Saved Searches, Report Customization, and Integration process mapping.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite implementation and enhancement projects.
