Job Title: NetSuite Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop custom scripts using SuiteScript 2.0 (Client, User Event, SuiteLet, Map/Reduce) and ensure seamless integration with business systems.
  • Customize NetSuite using SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteTalk to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Integrate NetSuite with third-party platforms using RESTlets, SOAP APIs, and tools like Dell Boomi or Celigo for a smooth data flow.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions that meet the needs of stakeholders.
  • Author technical documentation including design specs, workflows, and test cases to maintain transparency and consistency.
  • Debug and troubleshoot NetSuite scripts and configurations to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Manage sandbox deployments and release cycles to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Provide post-implementation support and performance optimization to guarantee long-term success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in NetSuite technical development.
  • Strong command of JavaScript and SuiteScript 2.0 for effective solution implementation.
  • Experience with SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) for efficient workflow management.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite modules like Financials, CRM, and Inventory for a comprehensive understanding.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer) for advanced knowledge and expertise.
  • Experience with middleware platforms (Dell Boomi, Celigo, Apache Camel) for enhanced integration capabilities.
  • Agile/Scrum project experience for effective project management and collaboration.
  • Knowledge of SuiteBundler, Advanced PDF/HTML templates, and SuiteAnalytics for improved solution customization and reporting.
