Job Overview

The ideal candidate will oversee all human resources functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, workload analysis, leave administration, and general HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategies

  • Analyze labor market trends to inform staffing decisions

  • Develop partnerships with universities and vocational schools
Performance Management Initiatives
  • Design and implement performance management systems that drive results
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development
  • Provide coaching and feedback to managers to improve performance management skills
  • Develop employee engagement strategies
Workload Analysis and Review
  • Analyze job roles and responsibilities to optimize efficiency
  • Conduct regular workload assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop data-driven workforce planning strategies
  • Implement metrics to track workload distribution
Leave Administration
  • Administer leave programs in accordance with company policies and regulations
  • Ensure compliance with leave-related laws and regulations
  • Process leave requests and maintain accurate documentation
  • Coverage during employee absences
General HR Functions
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee relations issues and investigations
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Maintain HRIS systems and data accuracy
  • Prepare reports for senior management
  • Ensure workplace safety compliance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred
  • 5+ years of HR experience with 2+ years in management
  • Experience in talent acquisition and performance management
  • Knowledge of employment law and compliance
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR, ADP)
  • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • HR analytics and reporting tools
