
Customer Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Experience Coordinator to play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and serve customers with a professional and friendly attitude, providing personalized experiences that drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle customer orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely delivery and meeting high standards of quality.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Supervise and guide junior team members during shifts, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Assist in training new staff on food preparation and service standards, promoting consistency and excellence across all aspects of the business.
- Prepare and cook pizzas, pastas, garlic bread, and beverages according to standard recipes, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- E nsure consistency in food quality, portion control, and presentation, adhering to health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Oversee proper handling, storage, and inventory of ingredients, minimizing waste and optimizing resource utilization.
- Monitor and restock ingredients and supplies as needed, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing downtime.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards, conducting regular kitchen cleanliness checks and implementing corrective actions as required.
- Assist with cash handling and processing payments, maintaining accurate records and ensuring financial integrity.
- Collaborate with team members for smooth operation during busy hours, leveraging strengths and expertise to achieve common goals.
- 2 years of experience in the food service or hospitality industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Knowledge of pizza, pasta, garlic bread, and beverage preparation, with the ability to adapt to changing menus and promotions.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members to achieve excellence.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities, with the ability to build strong relationships and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with health and safety guidelines, with the ability to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays when required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
