Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for serving as the primary HR point of contact and providing support to our warehouse site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Manage attendance, absenteeism, and shift scheduling in coordination with operations teams.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction for blue-collar/frontline staff.
  • Maintain and update HR records, documentation, and MIS reports.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and streamline HR policies and practices.
  • Ensure smooth HR operations across rotational shifts and multiple workforce levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4+ years of overall HR experience in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing setups.
  • Proven experience in managing a blue-collar workforce.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with staff at all levels.
  • Sound knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts and travel across locations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/tools.
