Job Overview

As a key member of the Sourcing & Supplier Development team, you will lead and guide the team to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing cost-effective sourcing and supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term cost-effective sourcing and supply chain strategies.
  • Identify and develop new suppliers for precision-machined components.
  • Conduct cost analysis, benchmarking, and identify cost-saving opportunities through alternate sourcing, process improvements, and vendor consolidation.
  • Manage procurement of engineering components, engineering controls, and electrical drives for large-size machines.
  • Oversee supplier development, vendor negotiations, and warranty claims management.
  • Ensure uninterrupted supply of materials and services at optimum cost, quality, and timelines.
Candidate Profile
  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
  • 18–25 years of core supply chain management experience.
  • Minimum 10+ years heading complete Sourcing & Supplier Development function.

This role requires strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in supply chain management and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
