Role Overview
  • Manage end-to-end factory operations ensuring production targets are met on time and within budget.
  • Plan, organize and control production schedules to meet demand forecasts and inventory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop production teams to ensure high levels of efficiency, morale and performance.
  • Maintain high-quality manufacturing standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, QA/QC, maintenance and HR teams for smooth plant functioning.
  • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
  • Optimize resource utilization including manpower, materials and machines.
  • Prepare reports on production performance, cost analysis and key KPIs for senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 8-15 years of experience in manufacturing operations preferably in FMCG.
  • Proven experience in managing large teams and factory operations.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance FSSAI and other statutory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
