Drive Business Growth as a Digital Commerce Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams. Key responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and documenting user requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications, and facilitating workshops to ensure smooth execution.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Support product teams in planning and delivering value-driven solutions
  • Facilitate workshops and requirement sessions
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Create Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Business Analyst, knowledge of digital commerce concepts, and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in digital commerce and AI/ML solutions
  • Ability to gather and analyze user requirements
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of technical requirements and specification documents
