Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced project coordinator to support the management of large-scale industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project execution and management, with a strong focus on operational and maintenance activities.

  • Manage day-to-day project requirements, coordinating with site teams and providing necessary resources;
  • Monitor and control costs, identifying vendors and tracking bills and payments for contractors and clients;
  • Maintain project profitability, optimize costs, and ensure statutory compliance at the site level;

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support site management according to guidelines, fostering strong relationships with customers and relevant authorities;
  • Ensure the site team achieves contractual KPIs and provides MIS reporting;

Skill Sets & Personality Characteristics:

  • Experience in managing projects involving operation and maintenance of large power plants (CHP/AHP/BTG);
  • Hands-on experience with coal handling systems, including stackers, reclaimers, crushers, junction towers, conveyors, screens, dust extraction, suppression systems, pumps, compressors, hydraulics, and pneumatics;
  • Operation and maintenance of ash handling systems, knowledge of RCFA, MTBF, MTTR, and factory act and rules, labor laws, and other statutory requirements in similar industries;
  • Excellent people management skills and readiness for short or long travel to sites;
  • Strong communication and soft skills.
