Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Coordinator role located in Pune. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day project activities, coordinating between different teams, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining project documentation. Responsibilities also include monitoring project progress, communicating with clients, and identifying any risks or issues that may arise during project implementation. The Project Coordinator will also assist in resource allocation and ensure compliance with project standards and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Project Management, Team Coordination, and Client Communication skills
  • Ability to manage project timelines and maintain project documentation
  • Knowledge of risk management and resource allocation
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Pune
  • Experience in the AEC industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
