Job Description

As a seasoned technology professional, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions to meet the needs of our business.

Key areas of focus include developing and maintaining expertise in modern software engineering principles, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, and leveraging your knowledge of security incident response and risk management to ensure the integrity of our systems and data.

  • Design and develop automated solutions using technologies such as Automation Anywhere, Appian, Celonis, and Signavio.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, along with 8-12 years of experience in automation project delivery and operations. Strong mastery of emerging technologies such as Intelligent Automation, GenAI, and Microsoft-based offerings is essential. Additionally, excellent communication and governance skills are required, as well as the ability to work effectively with upper management, stakeholders, and external partners.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
