Empowering Children from Disadvantaged Backgrounds

We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead corporate fundraising and partnership initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer, the Senior Manager's key responsibilities include developing and executing CSR fundraising strategies, cultivating relationships with corporations for CSR and fundraising, and managing donors effectively.

You will directly contribute to empowering children from socially and economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Your efforts in expanding our donor base and fostering long-term relationships will enable the growth of programs and amplify impact on communities served.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive strategic thinker and skilled communicator, with sales experience or a strong understanding of CSR systems and partnerships with corporate donors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive fundraising strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Cultivate new funding opportunities through CSR mandates, corporate philanthropy, and institutional donors
  • Lead the creation of tailored proposals, presentations, and communication materials for funders and prospects

Corporate Partnerships & Donor Relations:

  • Nurture long-term partnerships with corporate partners
  • Organize and facilitate donor engagement activities such as site visits, events, and reporting sessions
  • Represent the organization at CSR forums, conferences, and donor roundtables

Grant Management & Reporting:

  • Oversee grant lifecycles including due diligence, MoUs, compliance, and renewal negotiations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective implementation and donor stewardship
  • Ensure high-quality, timely reporting and impact communication aligned with donor expectations

Successful Applicant Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales, fundraising, or related experience
  • Demonstrated track record of success in sales or CSR management, donor acquisition, and retention
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Development Studies, Communications, or related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in sales or CSR fundraising, corporate partnerships, or donor engagement
