The Role:

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy network devices in telecom environments.
  • Configure routers using CLI and automation scripts/tools.
  • Manage IP addressing and subnetting, WAN technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with NX-OS switches and Cisco firewall platforms.
  • Strong command of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS) and Layer 2/3 network operations.
  • Install software images, generate configurations, and automate provisioning.
  • Work comfortably in live telecom environments (data centers, central offices, cell sites).
  • Migrate traffic, plan and execute rollback procedures.
  • Licensing management for Cisco or equivalent platforms.

Requirements:

  • Valid CCNP certification (minimum); CCIE preferred.

Desired Skills:

  • Proficient in router configuration using CLI and automation scripts/tools.
  • Strong command of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS) and Layer 2/3 network operations.

A Day in the Life:

As a Senior Network Engineer at RV Solutions, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including deploying new network devices, configuring routers, and managing IP addressing and subnetting.
