Job Opportunity:

Senior Software Development Lead

As a seasoned Senior Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for architecting and leading the development of scalable, cloud-native applications on AWS using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for efficient provisioning. You will provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive automation and efficiency across DevOps pipelines and CI/CD deployments.
  • Work hands-on with core programming languages like Java, Python, or C++ to develop critical components and architectural prototypes.
  • Ensure system integrity and performance using relational databases like NoSQL, effective monitoring, and logging tools.
  • Integrate secure coding practices, conduct security testing, and support compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally in a highly Agile environment to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Utilize Git and GitHub for version control and team collaboration.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software development, system design, and architecture.
  • Proven expertise in cloud technologies, especially AWS, and strong proficiency with IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Deep experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and infrastructure monitoring/logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
  • Strong grasp of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and secure software development lifecycle.
  • Mastery in at least one of the following: Java, Python, or C++.
  • Experience in Agile development environments and working with distributed teams.
